This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Program Duration: 6 months

Total Program Hours: 450 hours

Program Components:

● Ultimate Pilates Foundations Course

● Ultimate Pilates Apparatus Course

● In-person training, self-practice, observation, and teaching hours

● Access to course materials and studio time

TUITION AND PAYMENT TERMS

We are offering introductory pricing for a limited time for both “Pay in Full” and “Payment plan” options with no hidden fees.

"Pay In Full" Tuition: $3,300
"Payment Plan" Tuition: $3,700
● $1,500 due on or before the first day of Module 1
● $1,100 due at the start of Module 2
● $1,100 due at the start of Module 3

Accepted Payment Methods: Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, cash, and/or check

Alternative Payment Plan Options: Available upon request and must be approved in writing prior to the program start date

REFUND AND ATTENDANCE POLICY

We are committed to providing a high-quality Pilates teacher training experience and ensuring every participant has a valuable learning experience. Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling in the course.

ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot if you choose the “Payment Plan Tuition” option. The remaining balance is due according to the Enrollment Agreement unless you opt to pay tuition in full at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only once the deposit or full payment is received, and participants must acknowledge this policy before access to the online classroom or course materials is granted.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our comprehensive online training program, refunds are extremely limited. Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, schedule conflicts, or personal emergencies.

TRANSFER & CREDIT POLICY

If you cannot attend the teacher training course you registered for, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future training date, subject to availability and approval.Transfer requests must be submitted via email at least 14 days before the program start date to contact@ultimatepilatesteachertraining.com. Any credit applied toward a future course must be used within 365 days of the original start date.

This credit is non-transferable to other individuals.

COURSE MATERIALS

All digital course materials, including manuals, online content, and supplementary resources, are included in tuition and are non-refundable.

COURSE OR WEEKEND CANCELLATIONS

In the unlikely event that a teacher training course and/or session is canceled by Ultimate Pilates, participants will be able to transfer to a future course date at no additional cost. There will be no refunds of tuition paid, including deposits.

AGREEMENT

By enrolling in ULTIMATE PILATES TEACHER TRAINING, you acknowledge that:
● You have read, understand, and agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy
● You accept that the program is non-accredited and privately offered, and all terms are set forth in this policy and the Enrollment Agreement
● You understand that participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and that no exceptions will be made outside of this policy

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To receive the Ultimate Pilates Teacher Training Certification, participants must:

● Attend all required in-person training hours

● Complete 100 observation hours

● Complete 150 self-practice hours

● Complete 100 teaching hours

● Complete and submit a comprehensive Pilates program geared towards a private session and/or group session

● Pass a final teaching evaluation

PARTICIPATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

● I have read and understood the program description and requirements.

● I understand the refund and attendance policies.

● I understand that certification is not guaranteed unless all course requirements are met.

● I agree to make all tuition payments on time and understand that failure to do so may result in suspension or dismissal from the program.

● I agree to uphold professional conduct and safety practices while participating in training sessions.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand that participation in physical activities, including Pilates, carries inherent risks. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Laura’s Ultimate Pilates Studio, the Ultimate Pilates Teacher Training program and its instructors from any liability, injury, or damages resulting from my participation in the program.I have carefully read this Liability Waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all terms.

Please review, sign, and submit this waiver to an educator prior to the official start of Module 1.
